ABOUT US

LAB Player Development will focus on baseball player development using specific technology to give insights on players that will help prevent injury and improve performance.

This information will be used to design programs that will give each player a "complete" program that will help them maximize their potential for longterm development on and off the field.

All programs take place at the newly renovated LAB Sports Performance.
