With the LAB Sports Performance's team training program, we custom design a high performance program specifically for your team's needs and schedule.  

All programs begin with the following:

1 - Meeting with Coach of the team 
During this meeting, we will get the feedback on teams needs and goals as well as a training schedule
 
2 - Athlete Movement Screening
All athletes on the team will go through a movement screen.  The movement screen is extremely important in helping identify where the athletes are at so a custom team warm up and program can be designed.

3 - Performance Testing (Sport Specific)
Performance testing will take place before the program begins to get baseline data on each player.  All tests will be re-tested throughout the training program (the number or times athletes will be retested will depend on the length of the program).
