Semi-Private: Process
The Semi-Private program is designed based on your needs and goals. We want to set you up for success by meeting you exactly where you are at so we can help you get to where you want to go.
Before starting a LAB Semi-Private Training program, every client will go through a FMS (Functional Movement Screening) assessment. This will show us exactly how we can help you — but more importantly, where we need to begin you in your training program to ensure success.

During the assessment process, we want to get as much information from the athlete as possible. We gather this information (schedule, upcoming events, other commitments) along with the information gathered in the movement screening to individualized a program specifically for them.

8:30am, 9:30am

7:30am, 8:45am, 10am
