We believe a professional scout report should provide a complete and balanced evaluation of a player across four key areas of performance:

Technical Ability
A player’s quality and execution on the ball, including their first touch, passing, dribbling, receiving, finishing and overall technical consistency under pressure.​​​​

Tactical Understanding
How a player understands their role and responsibilities within the game, including positional awareness, decision making, movement in and out of possession, and reactions during transitions.

Mentality
A player’s attitude, behaviour and emotional responses throughout the game. This includes communication, reactions to setbacks and decisions, confidence, work ethic and interactions with teammates.
